The course is designed for those who hold a high school diploma and want to pursue a professional path in vehicle engineering and motorsport. There are no age limits: the only requirements are a passion for cars and the willingness to commit to a serious learning journey.
The programme runs over three academic years, has a limited intake (maximum 30 students) and requires mandatory attendance. Lessons take place from Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays dedicated to specific subjects. This structure ensures an intensive path that combines theoretical education with hands-on classroom and laboratory activities.
The study plan starts with the fundamentals of mechanics, mathematics and technical drawing, then moves on to aerodynamics, CAD, prototyping and nanotechnologies.
In the following years, students focus on internal combustion engines, hybrid vehicles, electronics and machine design. The third year looks to the future, with modules on virtual reality, reverse engineering, carbon fibre design and workplace safety.
Graduates of the programme find opportunities in design studios, technical offices, research and development departments of automotive manufacturers, motorsport teams, and companies providing products and services for the automotive sector.
ISSAM offers financial support opportunities through its partnership with Intesa Sanpaolo. Thanks to the “Per Merito” loan, students can cover enrolment fees, learning materials and accommodation costs, with no personal guarantees required.
